A sneaky late-night snack has turned into a life-changing discovery for a Berwick man who landed $20,000 a month for the next 20 years in Set for Life.
The Melburnian held the only division one winning entry nationally in Set for Life draw 4040, drawn Friday 28 August 2026.
He can look forward to a total division one prize of $4.8 million, paid in monthly instalments of $20,000 for the next 20 years.
“It’s absolutely amazing!” he exclaimed.
“It’s pretty crazy. I woke up at 1.30am on Saturday hungry and I went to get myself a snack and a drink before heading back to bed.
“I don’t know what came across me but I decided to check my ticket. I looked at it and I just said, ‘What the f***?’.
