Important information about our upcoming Community Satisfaction Survey

Mornington Peninsula Shire has appointed Metropolis Research to undertake a thorough community satisfaction survey. During July, Metropolis Research will contact residents by telephone and door-to-door visits.

The Community Satisfaction Survey has been designed to assess the Shire’s performance and will identify areas of service improvement.

The survey will involve 400 interviews conducted among a representative sample of residents. Please be assured that your details and individual responses are confidential.

We will NOT email or text residents.

We will NOT ask for your:

  • Name
  • ABN or tax details
  • Home address
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Credit card or Eftpos card number
  • Banking details

Additional information about door knocking

Metropolis Research officers will be easily identifiable. They will carry an ID card and wear a uniform. They will not enter your home, nor will they ask to use your toilet, ask for a drink, etc.

The survey will take up to 15 minutes to complete and we will use the feedback to assist us in improving our services to the community.
