Improving community engagement with renewable energy infrastructure

You can have your say on how renewable energy projects are engaging with communities.

Andrew Dyer, the Australian Energy Infrastructure Commissioner (AEIC), is leading a Community Engagement Review.

The review will provide advice to:

  • maximise community engagement with renewable energy infrastructure projects
  • plan, develop and operate energy infrastructure to benefit communities.

Have your say

You can complete the survey or write a submission in the review’s online consultation.

The survey is open to the public, including:

  • representative stakeholders
  • landholders
  • First Nations peoples and communities
  • community groups.

Your submission will contribute to the review’s report. The final report will be provided to the Minister for Climate Change and Energy in December 2023.
