A man is in custody following an incident at Plympton this afternoon.
About 3.40pm Wednesday 20 December emergency services were called to Lydia Street after two people were stabbed by a man not known to them.
The victims have serious injuries and are being treated by paramedics.
The suspect is in custody.
The investigation is in its infancy, more information will be provided when available.
