Fremantle Detectives are seeking public assistance to help identify the circumstances surrounding a woman being found injured in Fremantle on Friday, 4 September 2020.
Around 7pm members of the public located the woman on Chalmers Street, near the intersection of Knutsford Street.
The 42-year-old woman received a head injury and was conveyed to the Fiona Stanley Hospital for treatment.
Detectives wish to speak to anyone who was in the area at the time of this incident.
