Inquiries continue after reports car swept off causeway in Galston

A search has concluded, and inquiries continue, following reports a car was swept off a causeway at Galston yesterday.

A witness reported seeing a silver Mercedes being swept away on Sallaway Road between 4.30pm and 5pm (Sunday 9 February 2020).

The information was reported to Galston Rural Fire Service, who conducted inquiries, before contacting local police and SES.
