This is a workshop for all people aged 6+. Bring your grandparent, your kids, your friends, or come solo. With games, connection and play at its core, this workshop will take you through movement exercises and theatre improvisation and games.
Expect laughter, focus, collaboration and connecting with and leading from joy.
