Investigation continues into armed robbery at Wagga Wagga, NSW

Police are appealing for help from the public following an armed robbery in Wagga Wagga late last year.

About 8.30pm Sunday 13 October 2019, an unknown man attended a service station on Bourke Street.

The man allegedly produced a knife and ran towards the service station attendant, demanding cash and cigarettes.

The attendant complied, and the man allegedly fled on foot.

Officers attached to Riverina Police District attended and commenced an investigation.

As investigations continue, police are appealing for assistance from the public in identifying a man who may be able to assist with inquiries.

The man is described as being of Caucasian appearance, approximately 180cm, with a skinny build. He was wearing a black long sleeve shirt with a white ‘Echo United’ motif, black trousers, black shoes, black/grey striped balaclava and a green/grey coloured ‘Ocean&Earth’ backpack at the time of the alleged offence.
