Homicide Squad detectives are investigating after a man’s body was located in Cranbourne this morning.
The man was found deceased by passers-by in a carpark in Lesdon Avenue near Donnelly Reserve about 7.15am.
The man has since been identified as a 47-year-old Cranbourne East man.
His death is being treated as suspicious, however the exact circumstances are still to be determined.
At this stage it’s not known how long his body had been there, however investigators are keen to speak to anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area overnight.
They are also asking anyone who may have been driving through the area over the past 24 hours who may have dash-cam footage to come forward.
