Police are investigating after a man was found with significant injuries at Kilburn this morning.
About 7.15am on Friday 14 April, police and ambulance officers were called to Northcote Street after a man was found lying in a vacant block.
When police arrived to check on the man, he was found to be unconscious with serious head injuries. He has been rushed to the Royal Adelaide Hospital in a critical but stable condition.
Crime Scene officers have attended the scene.
Western District CIB are investigating how the man came to sustain his injuries and are asking anyone with information that may assist the investigation to call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
