NBN services Job cuts and other changes
Today we wrote to Telstra to request further information on the proposed changes for one of Australia’s most significant infrastructure projects – the NBN Fixed-line Network. What we know so far is that the proposed changes would result in:
- the reduction of 34 permanent roles between April and December 2022;
the merging of three teams (DA Program Delivery, Service Disconnections and Infrastructure Services) into two (DA Account Management and DA Operations);
- reporting line changes; and
- the creation of two new roles.
