Police are appealing for public assistance to locate Jessie Bagley, wanted on warrant.
The 34-year-old is wanted for failing to appear at court for deceptions, criminal damage and bail offences.
Jessie is of medium height and build, has short black hair, a beard and moustache and brown eyes.
Investigators have released an image of Jessie in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
He is known to frequent the Williamstown, Altona Meadows, Laverton and Newport areas.
