Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Joel.
A warrant was issued after the 24-year-old failed to appear at court in relation to an armed robbery.
He is known to frequent the Melbourne CBD, and the Richmond and Bentleigh areas.
Investigators have released an image of Younger-Cooper in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
