Multiple Queensland Fire and Emergency Services (QFES) crews remain on scene at grass fire burning near Forsdike Road, Kandanga Creek. The fire is burning safely within containment lines and there is no threat to property at this time. Nearby residents may be affected by a smoke haze and are urged to close windows and doors and keep respiratory medication close by if required. Motorists should drive with caution and to the conditions. If residents believe their property is under threat they should call Triple Zero (000).
