Keep cool and take plunge

Queensland Police Service will join AFP counterparts to brave the cold waters of Chermside’s unheated pool on Saturday, 22 July for the first ever ‘Cold Blue Plunge’ to raise much needed funds and awareness for the Law Enforcement Torch Run (LETR) and Special Olympics Queensland.

Participants will jump headfirst into the fundraiser either down the Serpent, the Jungle Adventure, Flume of Doom, or dive straight into the deep waters of the Fishbowl all for a good cause.

The LETR charity is made up of current and retired law enforcement officers from the Queensland Police Service, Australian Federal Police and other law enforcement agencies in Qld who are dedicated to raising funds and awareness for Queensland’s Special Olympics athletes.

If you think you have what it takes to ride the slides into the depths of the freezing waters of the pool and Chermside Water Park scan the code or register here: 2023 – Cold Blue Plunge – Race Roster – Registration, Marketing, Fundraising
