Labor’s Dodgy Land Tax Deal

Labor’s attempt to lock homeowners into a 30-year commitment in return for land tax relief is dodgy, dangerous and quite possibly illegal.

Labor should be aware of the pitfalls of demanding binding commitments across multiple future terms of government.
