Lake Morris Road will reopen at 4pm today.
The road was closed on Wednesday due to strong winds and the risk posed by fallen trees to vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians.
Road users are advised to remain cautious as Council vehicles could still be on the road tomorrow continuing with maintenance works.
