There has been a major step forward in the provision of a local aged care home for First Nations people in and around Nhulunbuy, with the Liberal National Government providing $549,000 to secure a sublease of land for construction of the unique project.
Crucially, families and community members have been closely involved in selecting the most appropriate location for the new facility.
