- Landgate CEO Graeme Gammie announces departure
- Graeme Gammie has served as the leader of Landgate for the past five years
After serving five years as Chief Executive Officer of Western Australia’s Land Information Authority, Landgate, Graeme Gammie has announced his decision to step down from the role in early 2024.
During his tenure, Mr Gammie has played a pivotal role in guiding Landgate through a series of milestones, including the refocus and evolution of the organisation following partial commercialisation in 2019, the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, modernisation of WA’s electronic land dealings and its strata reform agenda.
Mr Gammie has led the State’s land information authority in harnessing new and emerging digital technologies to support the sustainable economic, social and environmental management and development of the State.
Landgate is committed to ensuring a seamless transition, with recruitment to commence shortly for a new Chief Executive to lead Landgate into its next chapter.
In the interim, Bruce Roberts will be appointed as Acting Chief Executive. Mr Roberts is currently General Manager Registration Services and having served in key statutory and executive roles, brings deep knowledge and understanding of Landgate’s business.
