Lánluas expands into Oracle enterprise systems and appoints Anita Bezuch as Regional Client Director

Lánluas Consulting

Lánluas, the global independent enterprise systems consultancy, has announced a major expansion of its services to support Oracle enterprise systems customers, marking a significant new chapter for the company beyond its established TechnologyOne practice. In addition, Lánluas has appointed former Oracle Local and State Government Account Director Anita Bezuch to the newly created role of Regional Client Director.

The move into Oracle consulting extends Lánluas’ proven model of independent, specialist enterprise systems expertise to a significantly larger client base across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and Ireland. Organisations running Oracle enterprise systems will now have access to the same independent advice, advanced configuration, and continuous improvement services that have driven Lánluas’ rapid growth in the TechnologyOne ecosystem over the past decade.

Anita’s appointment supports the strategy, and she is responsible for managing and growing all client relationships and driving new opportunities and transformation initiatives across advisory and ERP services throughout Australia.

Anita joins Lánluas after seven years at Oracle where, as the Local and State Government Account Director, she was responsible for building and progressing a multi-million-dollar pipeline across more than 100 public sector accounts, managing executive-level relationships and driving ongoing account expansion to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Her career spans more than three decades in enterprise technology and the public sector, including three years as National Sales Manager at Open Office in Australia and 17 years with Civica. Prior to that, Anita held various roles with the City of Mitcham over eight years, giving her a rare combination of client-side, vendor, and consulting perspectives.

CEO Craig McLaughlin said the expansion and appointment go hand in hand: “Extending our services to Oracle customers is one of the most significant steps in Lánluas’ history. Organisations everywhere are under pressure to deliver more value from their enterprise systems, and the independent, specialist support we’ve built our reputation on in the TechnologyOne world is just as needed in the Oracle ecosystem. Our expertise is greatly enhanced with the addition of Anita to their team and her deep ERP expertise, relationships across the public sector, and track record of building genuine, long-term partnerships at the executive level makes her the ideal person to grow our presence not just across Oracle clients but all ERP users,” McLaughlin said.

Anita Bezuch said: “I’m delighted to be joining Lánluas at such a pivotal moment. Having spent my career helping public sector and enterprise organisations get the most from their technology investments, I know how much clients value truly independent advice. Bringing Lánluas’ expertise to Oracle and all ERP customers is a huge opportunity, and I’m looking forward to working with organisations to turn complex challenges into practical, lasting outcomes,” she said.

The expansion into Oracle systems and the creation of a dedicated regional client leadership role reflect Lánluas’ continued investment in sector-specific expertise and its commitment to providing truly independent strategic advice, expert consulting, and market-leading support to enterprise systems customers worldwide.
