- Are the libraries open?
No, the Library branches are closed as per the NTG directions.
But you can still access our online library services such as the digital collections. Check out our ebooks and digital magazines.
- My items are due back, what do I do?
Please hold onto the items for now and enjoy them for longer. The Libraries will not pursue any overdue or billed items while we are closed.
- Why am I receiving notifications to collect items and/or to return overdue items?
The notifications are automatically sent out, it is not possible to turn these off at this time. Please ignore any notifications during the lockdown.
