Griffith City Library’s Outreach Service helps ensure everyone in the community can access library resources, regardless of their circumstances. Designed for people who may find it difficult to visit the library in person, the service brings a wide range of reading and entertainment materials directly to residents across Griffith.
The Home Library Service is available to people who are housebound due to age, illness or disability, while the Outreach Service also supports retirement villages, residential living communities, schools and preschools.
Every fortnight, a tailored selection of library resources can be delivered straight to your door, including fiction and non-fiction books, large-print titles, magazines and DVDs. Library staff can help select materials based on your interests, making it easy to continue enjoying the benefits of reading and lifelong learning from home.
