Police are investigating a crash in Catani last night.
It is understood a vehicle travelling north on Heads Road drove though the Koo Wee Rup-Longwarry intersection about 11.50pm.
The vehicle left the roadway, travelled down an embankment and rolled.
Three occupants sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
One woman, believed to be seated in the rear of the vehicle, was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
Major Collison Investigation Unit detectives are en route.
The investigation into the cause of the crash remains ongoing.
