We are seeking feedback on 2 lighting determinations under the Greenhouse and Energy Minimum Standards Act 2012. The determinations are due to expire on 1 April 2023.
They cover:
- transformers and electronic step-down converters for extra low voltage (ELV) lamps
- ballasts for fluorescent lamps.
Your feedback will help us decide whether the determinations should expire, be renewed or be revised.
Reviews ensure determinations remain cost effective and still achieve emission reductions. They allow us to consider factors that may have changed since we put determinations in place.
