Lindy Klim on Starting Over in the Public Eye: Rebuilding Life and Business

Hot Bitch Biz Club

The model, entrepreneur and mother of four will share her experience of reinvention at Melbourne’s Hot Bitch Biz Lunch this November.

Melbourne, Victoria – 1 October 2026 – Lindy Klim will speak about rebuilding her life and business following the end of her second marriage at the Hot Bitch Biz Lunch on Friday 27th November. Hosted by publicist and Hot Bitch Biz Club founder Chiquita Searle at Kiki’s Tavern in South Yarra, the end-of-year event will bring together women founders, CEOs and business owners for an afternoon of conversation and connection.

For Klim, starting over has meant navigating personal upheaval while raising four children and maintaining a public profile. Her story raises questions familiar to many women in business: what happens when your personal life changes everything and how do you find a way forward while others are looking to you to hold things together?

At the lunch, Klim will discuss the gap between public perception and private reality, recognising the value of her own personal brand, and finding her footing again as an entrepreneur.

The conversation reflects Searle’s reason for creating Hot Bitch Biz Club: giving women who run businesses somewhere to speak openly about the experiences behind their professional lives.

Searle founded the Club in 2024 after experiencing the isolation of working for herself. The first lunch brought together 16 women. The series has since expanded across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, with six in ten recent guests attending more than one event.

“Most women in business are carrying a lot more than they let on, and this year has asked a lot of all of us,” said Searle.

“I wanted to finish the year with a conversation that’s honest. Lindy went through an incredibly tough experience in front of the whole country and came out the other side building something of her own, and I think every woman in that room is going to see a bit of herself in her story.”

The November lunch also serves as the Club’s Christmas celebration, welcoming both women with established teams and solo business owners looking for people to celebrate the year with.

Alongside Klim’s talk, guests will have time to share experiences and meet other business owners over a three-course lunch. Each guest receives a connection card with attendees’
