Police are at the scene of an aggravated robbery at Ridleyton.
Just after 1pm on Tuesday 9 July, patrols were called to a liquor store on South Road after two men armed with a hammer and a machete, threatened staff before fleeing with an amount of alcohol.
Thankfully no one was physically injured.
The suspects are described as being of Aboriginal appearance, about 183cm tall, average build and wearing dark clothing. They were last seen running along Hawker Street.
