The number of lives lost on South Australia Roads this year has been revised following an investigation into the death of a man at Crafers West.
Just before 12.30pm on Thursday 9 July, police and emergency services were called Charlick Road, Crafers West after reports a cyclist had crashed and suffered serious injuries.
The cyclist, a 61-year-old man from Crafers West, was taken to hospital but sadly died on Friday 24 July.
The man’s death has been determined to be due to other factors.
As a result, the man’s death will not be counted in the number of ‘Lives Lost’ on SA roads.
The current number of lives lost is 84.
