The popular annual Eltham Library Community Gallery (ELCG) exhibition program for 2023 has been announced and will soon open to the public.
The program will showcase a variety of exhibitions featuring new, emerging and local artists, who will have the opportunity to showcase their incredible work.
Mayor Ben Ramcharan said these free exhibitions are loved by the local community. “We hope audiences feel inspired by these exhibitions in the Eltham Library Community Gallery,” he said.
“Each year, artists and curators are invited to apply for an exhibition, with the aim to exhibit new works by emerging and local creatives,” he said. “The program provides essential professional development and invaluable experience for artists who aim to build the profile of their work.”
The exhibition program opens on Friday 27 January as follows:

Opened in 1994, the ELCG is a much-loved community gallery space that sits within the Eltham Library on Wurundjeri Woi-wurrung Country. It was designed by award-winning architect Gregory Burgess.
