At last night’s Council meeting, two Tenders from one local company, ARW Multigroup Pty Ltd, were accepted for the Goulburn RUG Construction Fit Out Package, and the Upgrade of Carr Confoy Netball Court Surface and Lighting and Marulan Soccer Field Lighting.
Tender 2324T0003 Goulburn Rug Construction Fit Out Package was awarded for the lump sum price of $350,472 with the Chief Executive Officer given a delegated authority for variations up to 10% of the contract lump sum. This being $35,047.20.
This work includes the supply and installation of partitions, internal and external framework, internal wall linings and ceilings, insulation jambs, doors, carpentry and other fittings and fixtures.
This will allow completion of vital components of this project.
Tender 2223T0016 Upgrade of Carr Confoy Netball Court Surface and Lighting and Marulan Soccer Field Lighting was also awarded for the lump sum price of $1,635,070.29 (GST Exclusive), with the Chief Executive Officer be given a delegated authority for variations up to 10%, $163,507.03 (GST Exclusive).
This work will involve resurfacing of the Carr Confoy Netball Courts, upgrading the Carr Confoy Netball Court Lighting, and upgrading the Marulan Soccer Field Lighting.
Council is proud to have approved over $1,985,500 in works to a local company.
