Macquarie Asset Management – on behalf of one or more of its managed funds – (“Macquarie”) has announced that it is currently considering a possible cash offer for the entire issued and to be issued share capital of Renewi Plc (“Renewi”).
Renewi is a leading waste-to-product company with operations in the Netherlands, Belgium, and the UK. Renewi is listed on the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Amsterdam.
