Man charged over child exploitation material and bestiality

A western suburbs man will face court next month charged over child exploitation material and bestiality.

Today, Friday 6 October, detectives from the Special Crimes Investigation Branch arrested a 38-year-old man and charged him with possess and disseminate child exploitation material and bestiality.

He was bailed to appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court on 17 November.

Detective Chief Inspector Matthew Lyons, Officer in Charge Special Crimes Investigation Section states, “The sharing and possession of child exploitation videos and images is not a victimless crime. Every image has at its core an innocent child being abused which results in trauma for victims, their families and the community.

“South Australia Police will continue to work tirelessly to detect and prosecute these offenders and protect the vulnerable.
