Man charged with four counts under Child Sex Offender Registration Act, South Australia

Detectives from the Public Protection Branch today arrested a 24-year-old man from the Yorke Peninsula for offences under the Child Sex Offender Registration Act.

He was charged with two counts of failing to provide information to parents and guardians and two counts of failing to comply with his reporting obligations pursuant to the Child Sex Offender Registration Act.

The man was refused police bail and will attend the Kadina Magistrates Court today, Friday 23 November.
