Man critical, after serious crash in North Manly

A man has been airlifted to hospital following a serious crash at North Manly overnight.

Around 7pm (Wednesday 15 May 2019), emergency services were called to Pittwater Road, near Hillcrest Place, after reports a Honda Mope motorcycle and a Subaru Impreza collided.

The rider, a 26-year-old man, sustained multiple injuries and was airlifted to Royal North Shore Hospital in a critical but stable condition.

The driver of the Subaru Impreza, a 41-year-old woman was uninjured. She was taken to Northern Beaches Hospital for mandatory testing.

Officers from Northern Beaches Police Area Command established a crime scene and investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
