A man has been detained by police following the suspicious death of a man at Elizabeth this evening.
Just after 4pm today (Monday 19 August), police and emergency were called to an address on Ashfield Road after reports a man had been stabbed.
Paramedics attempted to help the injured man, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
A man believed to be involved in the incident was located nearby and has been detained by police.
