Police will prepare a report for the coroner after a man died in hospital following a crash at Ashwood on Wednesday.
The crash happened when the driver of a Suzuki Alto who was travelling north on Teck Street drove through the intersection with High Street Road, into a carwash and then through a fence into a garden supply business just before 11am.
The 91-year-old Vermont South man was conveyed to hospital but unfortunately died later that night.
