A report is being prepared for the information of the Coroner after a man died when he was hit by a truck at Warwick Farm.
Emergency services were called about 7.30pm (Thursday 18 June 2020), after the 62-year-old man was struck as he crossed Orange Grove Road.
The driver and passers-by rendered assistance, but the man died at the scene.
The driver has been taken to Liverpool Hospital for mandatory testing.
Inquiries are continuing by officers from Liverpool City Police Area Command.
