Police are investigating after a man died following a single vehicle crash in Pakenham on 13 October.
Emergency services responded after a car lost control on an Olivia Court driveway about 3.30pm.
The driver, a 89-year-old Pakenham man, was ejected from the vehicle, and an 83-year-old female pedestrian was also struck by the vehicle.
The driver was airlifted to hospital but sadly died yesterday, 22 October.
The pedestrian was taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
