A 48-year-old man has died in hospital after a collision in Balwyn North earlier this month.
Emergency services were called to reports a vehicle crashed into a tree on Severn Street near the intersection with Doncaster Road on 19 September.
The driver of the vehicle was transported to hospital, where he later died.
Nunawading Highway Patrol are investigating and ask anyone with information to come forward.
