Police will prepare a report for the coroner following the death of a man at Black Rock this morning.
Emergency services were called to Black Rock Life Saving Club, near Beach Road after reports a man had gone swimming and hadn’t returned to shore.
Shortly after, the man was located unresponsive, about 11.45am.
Sadly, the 76-year-old Black Rock man died at the scene.
The death is not being treated as suspicious.
