Police will prepare a report for the Coroner following the death of a man in hospital from injuries sustained in a car crash at Daisy Hill last month.
Investigators believe a utility was travelling along the Ballarat-Maryborough Road when it collided with car which had entered the road from a private driveway at 11.20am on 24 November.
The female driver of the utility, along with the male driver and female passenger of the other vehicle were transport to hospital with serious injuries.
Sadly, the 87-year-old male driver of the car died in hospital.
