A man has died in a house fire in Sydney’s west.
About 10pm (Wednesday 24 July 2019), emergency services were called to Hunt Street, Guildford West, after reports of a house alight.
The home was extinguished by fire fighters, and a 56-year-old man was removed from the home unconscious, before he died at the scene.
A crime scene has been established and inquiries into the fire continue.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
The cause of the blaze is not yet known.
