Man dies in two-car crash at Nambrok

Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives are investigating a fatal two-car collision which occurred in Nambrok earlier this evening (15 October).

The crash happened at the intersection of Dennison and Sale-Toongabbie roads just after 6.30pm.

Police believe that prior to the crash, one of the vehicles, twin-cab utility, was travelling south on Dennison Road while the second vehicle, a small sedan, was travelling west on the Sale -Toongabbie Road.

The vehicles collided at the intersection, with the driver of the sedan, who is yet to be formally identified, dying at the scene.

The exact cause of the crash is yet to be determined at this stage.

The utility driver, a 34-year-old Rosedale man, was conveyed to hospital with minor injuries.
