Police are currently on the scene of a workplace accident on La Trobe Street in Hughesdale.
As a result of an incident a man has died at the scene.
WorkSafe are investigating.
A report will be prepared by police for the coroner.
Police are advising drivers that La Trobe Street between Kangaroo Road and Barkly Street is closed.
