A 59-year-old man will appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on Monday, December 13 after detectives from the Financial and Cyber Crime Group successfully applied for his extradition from Victoria for fraud related offences.
The man was arrested by virtue of a Queensland arrest warrant on December 7 by members of the Australian Federal Police and Victoria Police, after being located in located in Gisbourne, approximately 70 kilometres north west of Melbourne.
The man will appear in court charged with eight offences relating to alleged fraudulent activity.
