A man wanted for questioning by Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives following a fatal crash in Burwood last week has handed himself into police.
The 22-year-old Reservoir man attended at an inner-suburban police station last night around 10pm and was placed under arrest.
He is currently under police guard in hospital where he is receiving medical treatment for injuries believed to be sustained in the crash.
