A man has been hospitalised after being stabbed in Sydney’s west today.
Emergency services were called to a fast food restaurant on Richmond Road, Woodcroft, about 5am (Monday 2 December 2019), following reports a man had been stabbed.
Police from Blacktown Police Area Command attended and found a man, aged in his 20s, with multiple stab wounds to his back.
He was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics and taken to Westmead Hospital in a serious condition.
Police have been told the man was stabbed whilst jogging near a lake nearby before seeking assistance.
Crime scenes have been established as inquiries continue.
