Fawkner Sexual Offences and Child Abuse Investigation Team have identified a man following an alleged up-skirting incident in Craigieburn last month.
The incident occurred at a Craigieburn Road shopping centre about 7.30pm on Wednesday, 22 July.
Investigators believe a 20-year-old woman was inside a bathroom cubical when she observed an unknown man allegedly filming her on his mobile phone from above.
A 20-year-old man attended a police station this week and is expected to be charged on summons.
The man will face a Magistrates court at a later date.
