A 27 year old Lutana man is in custody assisting police with their inquiries following an arson incident in Lutana this afternoon.
Tasmania Police and Tasmania Fire Service were called to the unit in Risdon Road, Lutana at 3.30pm today. The property was the neighbouring property to another unit which was the subject of two alleged arson incidents in the past two days.
Police are investigating whether there is a link between the three alleged arson incidents.
