A man missing from Queensland, travelling solo around New South Wales has been found safe and well.
The 72-year-old was last seen at a national park in the state’s south-western region on Wednesday 20 March 2024.
When he could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Tuggerah Lakes Police District were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Following extensive inquiries, the man was located safe and well near Bourke, about 8.40pm yesterday (Wednesday 27 March 2024).
Police would like to thank the public for their assistance.
