A man missing from Surry Hills has been found safe and well.
The 70-year-old man was last seen at an aged care facility in Surry Hills about 9am yesterday (Tuesday 27 June 2023).
Following enquiries and a public appeal, including a Geo-target SMS campaign, the man was recognised by a member of the public at a Kings Cross library about 1.50pm today (Wednesday 28 June 2023).
Officers attached to Surry Hills Police Area Command attended and located the man.
Police would like to thank the public and media for their assistance.
